Hang Split Snatch

Glute Ham Raises

Incline DB Press
4 - 110 x 6

Sternum Pull Ups
Rest ~ 1:00
4 - BW x 6

DB Incline Curls
4 - 45 x 10
Rest ~ :45

I did not sleep much so I took it easy today. Saturday will be off. Next Week I think I will take it easy, I have gone heavy and hard for the past few week now it is time to rest a little.
