I am a little sore from yesterdays workout at the gym so I decided to take today off.

Hang Cleans

Squats

Hammer Pulls
4 - 280 x 4

Leg Press
Rest ~ 2:00
4 - 780 x 4

Chin Up
4 - 15KG x 9
Rest ~ 1:00

Reverse Hypers
3 - 45 x 10

Ball Hamstring curls
3 - single leg x 8
