Sorry I am a few days behind on my workouts. This workout is from Friday.
In the morning I did snatches. My max snatch was 85KG for 2.

This is my evening workout.

Glute Ham

Squats

Rest ~ 1:00

Rest ~ 1:30
5 - 185 x 5

Reverse Cable Curls
3 - 80 x 12
