Inverted Rows

Tried to hold my chest to bar for 1second at the top.

Standing Military Press
Rest ~ 1:00
5 - 155 x 4

Lateral Delt Raises
3 - 17.5 x 10
Rest ~ :30
Done on a free motion cable machine. Arms were raised well above parallel to floor.
