My Workout



Today was mainly an explosive or dynamic effort day.

Med Ball Chest Passes
12 - 12lbs ball x 5
R - :45

Close Grip Bench
Rest ~ 1:00
5 - 275 x 3

Sternum Pull Ups
5 - BW x 5
Rest ~ :45
Tried to hold my chest to bar for 1second at the top.
NOTE: was never able to get my chest to touch the bar. I did hold it at the point I could reach.
A sternum pull up is like a bent over row but instead of the bar moving to the body you bring your body up to the bar.

Squat Jumps
Rest ~ 1:00
10 - BW x 2

Elbows out Ext
5 - 50 x 6
Rest ~ :45

Push Downs
3 - 85 x 10
Rest ~ :45
