Tough Workout for me

Weight Training Journal

Full Body Workout



Bench Lockouts
Done in power rack,pins set about 4" off chest.
each weight done for reps of 3
315 - 335 - 345,
now reps of 1
355 - 365 - 375
375 was a pretty good lift. I did not go for 385 because I wanted to end on a positive note.
I am not sure if I could of hit that weight.

DL
Rest ~ 1:30
385 x 3, 395 x 2, 405 x 1
395 x 3, 405 x 2, 415 x 1
I just did not feel like going any further. All lifts were a strain.

Shoulder Press
Rest ~ 1:00
3 - 195 x 6
2 - 185 x 6
That 10 pounds made a world of difference, The 185 was so easy.

Lateral Step Up
Rest ~ 1:00
5 - 135 x 6

Standing Arnold Press
Rest ~ 1:00
3 - 65 x 8
Not easy.

Parallel Dips
Rest ~ :30
5 - 115 x 4 - 3 - 2

Pull Downs - Wide & Leaning Back
Rest ~ :30
3 - 150 x 10
