Deadlift: 5 - 405 x 3 ~ Rest, 2:00 ~
Good Mornings: 3 - 175 x 6
RDL: 3 - 315 x 3
DB Walking Lunge: 3 - 80 x 6
Standing Machine Hamstring Curl: 3 - 70 x 6 ~ Single leg.
Stability Ball Hamstring Curls: 3 - BW x 8 ~ Single leg.
