Squats: Rest ~ 1:30 ~ 4 - 265 x 6
Reverse Lunge: Rest ~ 1:30 ~ 4 - 185 x 6
Body Leans: ~ Rest ~ :45 ~ 4 - BW x 6, I still can not do 1 for a full range of motion.
RDL (single Leg): Rest ~ :30 ~ 3 - 45 x 8
Reverse Hyper Extensions: Rest ~ :45 ~ 3 - 60 x 8

I am now entering week 4, "week D" of phase 10(X). This week I will have 1 heavy leg day 1 heavy chest day, that leaves 2 light days for upper body and legs. Today was a light leg day.
