DE Push up: 8 - BW x 3, Lateral over med ball
One Arm Push ups: one set to failure - 8/side
Military Press: 6 - 175 x 3
Med Ball Shoulder toss: 6 - 8 x 3
Face Pulls: 6 - 110 x 6
