I have been out of the weight room for about 3 weeks now. Had a small operation that kept me away from the gym but I am happy to say that I did get some work in today and I felt good.
Started with power cleans
- reverse lunge
- chin ups
- single leg hypers
- split squat curl to press
- renagade rows
- band push downs
- biceps curls
P.S. I am looking into getting a macbook pro if anyone has any advise please let me know this will be my first mac and I am not sure which one is the best deal for the money. I want a laptop and am looking at the macbook because I want to add video to the site and I hear macs are good for that sort of stuff. Please let me know your thoughts
