Program: Gain size, muscle mass and strength
Today was an upper body day.
1. Standing Front Press: 3x3 build up, 3x5 work sets - Last set was as many reps as possible.
2.a Pull Ups: 3x10
2.b DB Bench Press: 3x12
3.a Machine Incline: 3x12
3.b Machine Row: 3x12
4.a DB nose breakers: 5x12
4.b Band Rear delts: 4x12

That's quite intense. Looks good, gonna give it a go!
Do you make these work outs, or does some one that feels as though pressing 8x as much as pulling is good for you? I am worried about you!
Thanks for your comment. I think i will have to add more pulling to the workouts or reduce the pressing.
