Full Body Workout - 04/30/10

Today's workout was a full body workout. To start the workout with off, I began with hang cleans.

Hang cleans: 4x4
Squat 3x10, 3x6
Pull Ups: 4x8
Bear Squat Machine Shoulder Press: 4x6
Glute Ham Raises: 3x5
Floof press: 4x12
Shrugs: 3x10
EZ Bar Curl: 4x10
