Todays Workout - Lower and Biceps Exercises 04/28/10

Changed workouts. I am now doing Monday Upper, Wednesday Lower, Friday Total body.

Todays workout consisted of:
Hang Snatch:  4x4
Deadlift:  5x3
Single Leg Squat:  3x6
DB Biceps Curls:  3x10
Hoist Leg Press:  3x8
Preacher Curls:  3x10
RDL:  3x8
