My workout for today was as follows:
Hang Snatch: 3x2
Deadlift: x3, x3, x5, x3, x max
Step Up: 3x5
RDL: 3x12
Barbell Curls: 3x8
Preacher Curls: 2x12
The weight increased for ever set with the exception of RDL's and Preacher Curls.
