Todays Workout - Full Body 06/30/10

I know it has been a while for me posting my workouts...
but I am still hard at it everyday.

For today's workout I did a full body program.

Hang clean
Split squat
shoulder press
Glute ham Raise
T Bar row
Face Pulls
Lateral raises
Preacher curls
Elbows out Extensions

All in all a good day.
