One Arm Push up Progression

Bodyweight exercises are great for people of all fitness levels.  No matter how strong you are you will serve yourself well if you include body weight exercises in your workout routines.

For most the push up is pretty easy.  But give the one arm push up a go and that is a different story.  Chances are that if you can do 25 push ups you will be able to knock out an ugly single arm push up.  I will stress UGLY.

Watch the video progression and make it your goal to master the pretty one arm push up.

On a side note I think the world record is 135 in 60 seconds.

There are many other push up variations, so don't limit yourself to the one arm push up, try them all.
