2 Fat Burning Methods To Finish Your Workout

There's a guy named Mike Whitfield, who held his bootcamps at the high school up the street from his gym.

Here's a simple workout finisher you can use, and see what all the fuss is about...

The 3's Company Finisher

Do the following circuit as many times as possible in 3 minutes, resting only when needed.
Spiderman Push Up
  1. Burpee/Spiderman Pushup Combo (3)
  2. Lunge Jumps (3/side)
  3. X-Body Mountain Climbers (3/side)

This is a great way to rev up your metabolism and burn a few more calories.
It beats the pants off of long, boring cardio. And you'll get better results.

12-Minute Challenge

  1. 10 burpees
  2. 10 renegade row pushups
  3. 10 mountain climbers (per leg)
  4. 10 DB walking lunges (per leg)
  5. 10 DB squats
  6. 50 jump rope skips
The rules are simple:

  • rest only as needed
  • do all reps before moving on to the next exercise
  • you only have 12 minutes
