Easy day in the gym

Today I just wanted to do a few things that I did not get to do this past week. Nothing too hard but still not too easy.

Up right rows
10 - 95 x 10
Rest - :45
did all sets with ease

T-Bar
5 - 100 x 10
compouind set with
Biceps curls
5- 95 x 5
Rest- :45

Did all sets without problem. The biceps curls did get hard, but noting to worry about. If I was to do 10 sets it would have been a struggle.
