Leg Training 10 x 10 style
Squats
10 - 205 x 10
Rest - 1:00
These were easier than I had expected. I made it through all 10 sets without a problem. I was surprised how light they were. As always the squats were deep.

10 - 205 x 10
Rest - :45
These too were easy.
That was it. 200 reps makes for a good leg workout.
