Step Up's

did all sets without a problem, these were just warmup sets.
Sumo Deadlifts
warm up sets
135 x 8, 225 x 5, 315 x 5
working sets
365 x 3, 385 x 3, 405 x 3, 425 x 1
put belt on
445 x 1, 455 x missed
Rest: 2:00
445 felt prety good, I was surprised that i missed 455. Well I guess I will get it next time.
Jumps In Place
these were to work mainly the calves
3 - 135 x 20
superset with
GM
3 - 135 x 10
Rest: 1:00
Because I do so many sets on my first leg day I try to not over do it here today. The 10 x 10 day uses light weights so I like to get someheavy stuff in to keep the strength up.
