Working on a Big Chest
Bench Press
315 x 4, 295 x 5, x 4, x 5, x 5

On my last set I realy only got 3, I had a spot for the last 2 reps so I should not count them.
Decline (smith press)
5 - 260 x max reps
x10, x10, x7, x6, x5
Rest - 1:00
Incline Dumbell press
100 x 5, 90 x 5, 85 x 4, 80 x 5, 75 x 5
Rest: none part of a compound set
Dips
body weight x max
x20, x14, x10, x15, x10
Rest - 1:30
This was a tough workout. I feel it whent well and hope to see improvements next week.
