Weighted Chins
6 - decreasing weight x Max

55 x 3, 45 x 3, 35 x 5, 25 x 7, 10 x 8, bw x 9
Pull Downs Wide Grip
3 - 170 x max
Rest - :45
x 11, x 10, x8
I did these with chest up and and leaning back at about 50 degree angle through the entire range of motion.
Rows Seated Close Grip
3 - 180 x max
Rest - :45
x 11, x 11, x9
Again I did these at the same angle as above
Rows Seated - Wide grip
3 - 170 x max
Rest - :45
x 12, x 12, x10
Rows Seated - Close grip
3 - 180 x max
Rest - :45
x 12, x 10, x 8
t was so hard to hold onto things today, it made things hard.
