One Arm Barbell Press
The one arm barbell press is an excellent exercise to strengthen more than your shoulders. I picked up the one arm barbell press from Pavel Tsatsouline, author and more notable promoter of kettle bell training. This exercise is great to include in your shoulder workout. Do this for a while and you will see how to get muscles fast.
The exercise it pretty basic, load a barbell and with one arm do a press. The trick comes with keeping the bar balanced and your body erect. In addition to a great shoulder workout you'll also be improving your grip, coordination and core strength.
To make the exercise a bit more challenging you can adda twist to the movement. This will work the oblique muscles dynamically as opposed to statically. The other thing you could try is to do so on one foot or a bosu or even one foot on a bosu.
