Shoulders
Hang Cleans and Push Press
95 x 10, 115 x 8, 135 x 6, 155 x 4
Rest - when I felt like it
This is just for a warmup.
Smith Shoulder Press
4 - 175 x max
Rest - 1:00
10, 10, 8, 7
Barbell One arm Press
4 - 65 x 6
Rest - :45
Was able to do all sets but it was not easy. You can see me do these here
Rear Delt Flys
4 - 25 x 12
Did all sets
I also did lots of rotator cuff work to finish things off
