This is day 5 of my new 6 week cycle. I Took Friday off I was sore and tired.

Hang Clean with Push Press
5 - 135 x 5
Rest - 1:00
Nice and easy weight. Makes for a good warm up and one of the best exercise to develope power.

Box Squat
Rest - :45
12 - 145 x 2
Done off a 8" box, thayt is why the weight is so light. The goal is to blast off that box. I find that when I add weight weight at that low of a depth I just am not able to explode up.

Hyper Ext
5 - 25 x 15
Rest - :45
I find these so very tough. When done I need a good low back stretch and a little rest. I find I cannot even stand up straight afterwards.
