Box Squat

13" box height. I was to get 6 reps on my last set so it is time to increase the weight.
Walking Lunge
3 - 135 x 10/leg
Rest - 1:00
I had thought I would do 5 sets but they took so much out of me. I thought I as going to die.
Leg Press
5 - 340 x 8
Rest - :45
Did these one leg at a time. They hurt.
SLDL
5 - 225 x 8
Rest - :45
This is to stretch the hams and get some low back work in.
This was not a long workout but it was tough.
