Week 2 of new cycle

Box Squat
Rest - 1:30
5 - 225 x 5
8" box height. These did me in. The last 2 sets my rest had increased a bit, but I made it through.

Rev Lunge
3 - 135 x 10/leg
Rest - 1:00

SLDL
5 - 225 x 8
Rest - :45
This is to stretch the hams and get some low back work in.

This was not a long workout but I sure felt it.
