This week I have cut the weight and rest. I wanted to get more reps and have more of a burn.
Incline DB Press
5 sets
Rest - 1:00
90 x 7
85 x 7
80 x 7
70 x 7
60 x 9
V = 2815
I did not want to do any less than 6 reps so I had to keep lowering the weight.
Decline DB Press
3 - 50 x 20
Rest - :45
These were hard on the triceps.
Elbows Out Ext
5 - 35 x 10
Rest - :45
Chest Dips
5 - BW x 12
Rest - :30
x12, x12, x6, x9, x12
I tried it with a plate at first but there was no way I could do it my triceps just could not hold me.
Bent Over Rows
5 - 135 x 8
Rest - :45
I just want to get a little back in there, I want to keep good posture, and do not want to over develop the chest and have a week back.
I ended with a few cable cross overs.
