I was not happy with my workout this AM so I decided to go back in again after supper.

Dumbbell Shrugs - Held at the top

5 - 120 x 12
Rest - :45

Chins
Rest - :45
5 - 25 x max
x4, x5, x5, x5, x3, BW x 8

Up Right Rows
5 - 135 x 8
Rest - :45

Pull Overs
5 - 85 x 12
Rest - :30
For the last 2 sets I could only get 9 reps

Curls
6 - 95 x max
Rest - :45
x10, x 8, x7, x6, x7, x6
