I wanted to do sets with 325 but I could not budge it for some reason. Had a 2 second pause for all lifts.

Pull Downs
Done leaning back at a 45 degree angle
3 - #11 x 8
Rest - :30

Seated Rows - close grip
3 - #11 x 9
Rest - :45
