Rest - 1:30
5 - 275 x max
x8, x6, x6, x5, x7
V = 8800
This week I have cut the rest and increased the weight. I did not want to drop below 6 reps so the 4th set was not good. When you do not have a spot there is a fear to do extra reps.
Incline DB Press
Rest - 1:00
90 x 8
80 x 8
70 x 8
70 x 7
70 x 7
V = 5800
I did not want to do any less than 6 reps so I had to keep lowering the weight.
Chest Dips
3 - 50 x 8
Rest - 1:00
Decline DB Press
3 - 50 x 20
Rest - 1:00
I ended with a few cable cross overs.
