"Volume" Legs





Week 3 of Current cycle

Box Squat
Rest - 1:30
5 - 225 x 8
x5, x5, x8, x8, x5
V = 6975
13" box height. I found these hard again this week. This is my toughest workout.

Lunge rear foot on bench
5 - 70 x 10/leg
Rest - :45
Also work well for the glute.

Slide board curls
3 sets of 10
Not sure of the weight used

Seated Hamstring Curls
3 - 130 x 8
