"Volume" Chest

Today was a high volume day. For the next month or so my goal will be to gain size and manintain strength.

Incline Dumbbell Bench
Rest - :45
10 - 60 x 10
I was able to get my 10 reps for every set but 2. Set 7 I had 6 and set 8 I had 8 reps.

Bar Dips
3 - BW x max
Rest - :30
x15, x11, x20

Bent Over Rows
10 - 115 x 10
Rest - :45
These were too easy.
