It has been some time now
I know it has been some time since my last post. I am back to regular postings again. What had happened was that I was on for a couple of weeks. I did not make it to a computer, though I did continue to train. When I got back from vacation I had forgot my password and login information so I was not able to even request the information.
Well That is all behind me now. I am back on track and starting a new program. I will post my new weight training program in the near future. Until then I recently played in a rugby tournament and have enclosed a few pictures. I am number 6 in the first picture and 3 in the others.
