Weight Lifting Journal
Week 6 of Current cycle
Bench
Rest - 1:30
5 - 275 x max
x6, x6, x6, x3, x7
I did not have it in me today. I think some of it is in the head. I do not have a spot and when I feel as though the weight is getting heavy I rack it. At any rate I did not get the numbers I would like to have.
Incline DB Press
Rest - 1:00
90 x 10
85 x 8
80 x 8
75 x 8
70 x 9
I do not feel all that bad with the results here, maybe because the bench was so bab I had some gas in the tank for the incline.
Decline Smith Press
5 - 220 x max
Rest - 1:00
x12, x9, x8, x7, x7
Cable cross Overs
5 - #6 x 10 - 12
Rest - :30
x12, x12, x10, x10, x10
I did these on a Cybex FT 360, cool piece of equipment. No idea what the numbers equal in terms of weight.
Elbows Out Ext.
5 - 30 x 12
Rest - :30
I did these on a swiss ball, that is why the weight is a little les than normal.
All the best in your weight training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, programs.
