Speed and Aglity

I did not make it to the weightroom today. In its place I ran on the track and did some speed and agility runs along with drills. I have been workinout on the track with rugby players for the past 6 months. I help them to increase speed, aglity, and conditioning. Often I do the workouts alongside the players, so some days I do not make it to the gym and consider it my workout for the day.
