Sundy - Legs

Weight Training

"Volume" Legs




I was on the road Sunday and tried out the Y in Sarnia, ON

Squat
Rest - 1:30
5 - 315 lbs x 5
I took these to 90

Squat
5 - 225 x 10
Rest - :30
Took these deep, my but was on the floor.

Leg Press
5 - 200KG x 10
Rest - :30
This leg press was old and chain driven. The chair moved so I was able to jump which was a nice change from other leg presses where your body is still and you the foot plate moves.

Seated curl
5 - 50KG x 10
Rest - :30
Again the curl machine was old and not comfortable. I am not surewhat hurt more, my hamstrings or my body from the machine.

Cybex Abduction
Rest - :30
90 x 12, 110 x 10, 110 x 10,

Cybex Adduction
3 - 130 x 10
Rest - :30
