"Hypertrophy" Chest
Week 2




Week 2 of my Current mass cycle


Bench
Rest - 2:30
5 - 225+chains x 3

Chains are 50 extra pounds. I want to use a little extra weight so I added the chains and did less reps and more weight.

Incline DB Press
Rest - :45
10 - 50 x 10
These were much easier this week. I think it was because I did much less work on the bench before hand.

Chest Dips
5 - BW x 10
Rest - :30

Cable Cross Overs
3 - #3 x 12
Rest - :30
These were just to finish off.
