Week 3




Week 3 of my Current mass cycle

I am away on vacation so workouts are not up to par. The hotel has the basic equipment nothing special, so I will try a local gym a couple of time.

LifeFitness Seated Chest Press
Rest - 1:00
5 - 185 x 6

I am not sure why but I found this heavy.

Incline DB Press
Rest - :45
10 - 50 x 10
Theses were pretty easy this week.

That was it for the day, I am on vacation so things will remain easy.
