Back & Bi's - Building Strength

Weight Training

"Heavy" Back



Deadlifts
2 - 405 x 5
These were done to stress the low back, they were not the regular deadlift where you use lots of legs and hips.

Chins
3 - 35 x 5
Hard

Bent Over Rows
2 - 225 x 5
The idea was to use more weight so the torso angle was not perfect and there was a little jerking in the movement.

Seated rows Close Grip
2 - ? x 5
Not sure what the weight was but it was too heavy.


Bicep Curls
3 - 125 x 5

Incline DB Curls
2 - 60 x 5

Machine Preacher Curls
3 - 115 x 5
