Chest & Tris - Heavy

Weight Training

"Heavy" Chest



All sets are done to 5 reps and spotted and forced if needed.

Incline Bench Press
2 - 275 x 5
Needed spot, the first 3 of each set were "easy".

Bench Press
2 - 300 x 5
Needed spot after third rep, fifth rep on each set I had nothing left.

Decline Press
2 - 315 x 5
Piece of cake, no problems here.

Dips
2 - 100 x 5
Hard, only needed a spot on the last rep of the last set

Close Grip
2 - 225 x 5
The first 3 were so easy then it went downhill fast.

Elbows out Ext.
2 - 40 x 10

I have seen a slight improvement put not much because of the program, Christmas, and travel next week will be light. The week after that it is back to heavy and I hope to see gains with the week of rest.
