Weight Training

"Heavy" Chest



Bench Press
3 - 285 x 8
no problem

Incline Bench Press
2 - 245 x 8
Could only get 6 lats 2 sets

Hammer Strength Incline Bench Press
3 - 270 x 8
Not easy but possible

Dips
3 - 55 x 8
Way too light for the reps.

Close Grip
3 - 185 x 8
Not easy but manageable

Flys
3 - 45 x 10
