Chest Workout - Hypertrophy

Today did not go so well, not sure if it is because I still have sore triceps or because I am starting to burnout. This is my last week of hypertrophy training before I take a break. It looks as though I could use the break.

Bench
2 - 295 x 5
3 - 275 x 7


Incline Dumbbell Press
110x4
100 x 6
90x6
80x6
70 x7

That was it for today. Not what I had in mind but I guess you have to take what you can get.
