Week A1- Chest and arms

Chest - Strength



Bench - 2 Board Press
315 x 2, 345 x 1, 335 x 2, 315 x 5

Incline Dumbbell Press
3 sets, 85 x 8
These were done with elbows in by my side to work the triceps.

Supine Med ball Chest Pass
3 sets, x 12

Bicep Curls
3 sets, Rest ~ :30, 12 reps/set
Weight ~ 85

Hammer Curls
3 sets, Rest ~ :30, 8 reps/set
Weight ~ 35

21's
1 set with 55
