Snatch Workout



I did not have much of a plan going in today. I did a good warm up which included DB over head lunges, and front squats. I only did snatches for my workout. I went by feel and bar speed. For the most part I did sets of 4 but when I started to tire I did sets of 2. I must have done close to 15 sets and called it a day.

Friday will will be DE chest, triceps, and accessory work. I do not do DE legs as I feel heavy squats, DL, and Olympic lifting fry the legs enough.
