Bench Lockouts
Done in power rack,pins set about 4" off chest.
each weight done for reps of 3
315 - 335 - 345,
now reps of 1
355 - 365 - 375
Missed at 380, it moved but I could not finish

Lunges

3 - 155 x 6

Alt. Incline DB Press
Rest ~ 1:00
3 - 120 x 4
The first set was easy but the last was a challenge.

Seated Rows - Close Grip
Rest ~ 1:00
5 - 220 x 6

Standing Military Press
Rest ~ 1:00
3 - 135 x 6

Straight bar Curls
Rest ~ :30
6 - 135 x 2
