My Workout



In the morning I did a few hang cleans. I did 10 sets of 3 with 90KG. A few hours later I did the following workout.
Deadlift
Rest ~ 2:00
395 x 3, 405 x 2, 415 x 1
415 x 3, 425 x2, 435 x 1
425 x2

Pull Ups
6 - 35 x 6
R - 1:00

Bulgarian Split Squats
Rest ~ :45
2 - 110 x 6, 2 - 140 x 6

Seated Row - Close Grip
3 - #11 x 10
Rest ~ :45

Glute Ham
Rest ~ :45
4 - 10 x 6

Iso Low Row
3 - 90/side x 8

Bicep Curls
5 - 140 x max into 110 x max
3/6, 3/6, 4/5, 2/4, 2/3
