I did not have the proper setup for Olympic lifts so I kept it light and worked with what I had.

I could not finish with this weight and had to drop to 375 and finally 365.

Tough after the Deadlifts

Stability Ball leg Curls
Rest ~ 0:30
5 - bw x 12
Had to use 2 legs this week, but did do extra reps.

Single Leg Box Squats
5 - BW x 5
