Today was an easier leg day. I will have a heavy day in another 3 days.

Hang Clean

Bulgarian Squats

Step Ups

5 - 155 x 6

Glute Ham
Rest ~ :45
5 - BW x 8

Squats
Rest ~ 1:00
5 - 195 x 6
These were more of a stretch and practice. I went as deep as my flexibility would allow, and pushed through the heals.
