My Workout



Running a little short on time today so I only got in 4 exercises. I thin I am OK with that. My new mesocycle has me working out more often, I can hit every muscle 3 time a week. One day where things are cut short may do me good.

Pin Bench Press

for 3 reps - 325, 335, 345
for 1 rep - 355, 265, 375

V Grip Chins
2 - 45 x 6
4 - 35 x 6

Shoulder Press
5 - 195 x 6

DB Row - Neutral Grip
2 - 110 x 8
3 - 100 x 8
